Lead Researcher, Compliance Officer
From a family of dedicated IBEW electricians, Katelyn Wolford has always understood the importance of reputable construction work. Katelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada- Las Vegas (UNLV), and continues her pursuit for knowledge daily. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has gained experience working with grassroots campaigns and volunteering in the community. After moving to Washington, D.C., Katelyn joined the Research and Education Department of North America's Building Trades' Unions (NABTU). In her time there, among other achievements, she helped improve and maintain the U.S.'s largest apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship program: the Multi-Craft Core Curriculum. Her research endeavors continued when she joined the Foundation for Fair Contracting in 2017 as their Lead Researcher and Compliance Officer.
