Rehabilitation of Bridges on I-95 1/23 Pre-Bid Meeting

John Monroe, of the Foundation for Fair Contracting (FFC), attended the Maryland Transportation Authority’s pre-bid meeting on Tuesday for the rehabilitation of thirty-seven Fort McHenry Tunnel bridges on I-95.  This important publicly-funded project will be monitored to ensure adherence to safety and apprenticeship standards, as well as prevailing wage laws.

1/23 Pre-Bid Meeting for Improvements to Baltimore’s Sanitary Sewers

Baltimore City’s Department of Public Works held a pre-bid conference on Tuesday for improvements to the city’s sanitary sewer system.  The Foundation for Fair Contracting’s Katelyn Wolford was in attendance, along with a host of interested contractors.  The FFC will closely monitor this project to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
